One of the ingredients in Stacker 3, Chitosan is a natural fiber derived from the shells of shrimp and other shellfish. It binds with fat in the food you eat preventing it from being absorbed as it passes through the body. Because Chitosan cannot be digested or absorbed, it has no caloric value. Many take Chitosan to attract fat from the digestive system and expell it from the body so that they can lose weight without eating less.
