Directions for Use:
- Adults – 1000 mg max. per day in divided doses
- When to take Shilajeet: Depending on the Dosha vitiation
- Kapha Dosha – Empty stomach in the morning or before meals with lukewarm water Pitta Dosha – After meals with milk Vata Dosha – After or Between meals with Ghee
- As a general tonic, Shilajeet Rasayana can be used for 2 to 4 weeks.
