Description
Motherwort is a plant most commonly used to improve heart health. It may lessen the risk of developing serious heart conditions, including heart failure and irregular heartbeat caused by anxiety. Motherwort may also improve blood circulation and lower cholesterol. Because it is considered an antispasmodic, it may have a calming effect that can reduce anxiety and nervous tension, as well as an overactive thyroid.
