Kerapookuladi lehyam also known as tengin pookuladi lehya, is a herbal jam fromulation. tenga or keram means coconut, pooku means flower.

Usages:

• Asrukdara-heavy menses leading to dhatu kshaya.
• Menopause, leucorrhea, debility.
• Backache.

Dosage: 1/2-1tsf with milk or warm water once or as directed by the physician.
